«Wikipedia+6GTM Alliance+6SuperAGI+6

Evidencia, no promesas

The Algorithm as the New Gatekeeper

A few months ago, I came across an idea that completely blew my mind. It felt like a cold splash of water, forcing me to stop and question everything I thought I knew. Every day we hear about B2B and B2C strategies… but this idea introduced me to something new, something bigger.

So big, in fact, that I decided to study it in depth. And I’m now convinced this phenomenon won’t just change how we work and do business—it will also reshape how we understand our lives and even our personal decisions.

But what am I talking about?

Nothing less than B2AI —the new kid in the neighborhood.

A new player has entered the business stage, or is it simply the evolution of SEO 4.0 (GEO: Generative Engine Optimization, AEO: Answer Engine Optimization)?, Let me explain, and share some of the references I’ve been following.

1. The Power Shift: From Convincing Consumers to Convincing Algorithms

Today, you’re not just competing to persuade people—you need to be relevant to the algorithms that decide who actually sees your message.

As Seth Godin put it: “The algorithm decides who gets seen.” (GoToMarket Alliance)

An even sharper take comes from “When the Algorithm Becomes the Brand”, which explains how AI assistants don’t just influence anymore—they decide for you. That completely redefines the role of brands as the mediator between products and people (Camino5).

2. Real Cases: AI Driving Sales Through Personalization & Real-Time

The reality is clear: it’s no longer enough to convince humans—you need to convince algorithms.

3. What This Means for GTM in the Digital Age

From Persuading Humans → to Convincing Algorithms
Your message, your pricing, your product presence—all need to be designed for algorithmic flows, not just human emotions (Camino5).

Evidence, Not Promises
In B2B, the shift is moving from mass persuasion to strategies grounded in clear evidence and measurable results (MarTech).

AI-Driven Personalization
AI platforms in GTM enable real-time personalization, predictive analytics, and custom interactions. Results show +25% sales uplift and +22% higher marketing effectiveness (SuperAGI).

Ethics and Transparency as Differentiators
Concerns around privacy, bias, and “AI washing” (overselling AI without substance) are growing fast. Trust and data quality will be your strongest differentiators (arXiv).

4. Everyday Examples

We’ve all faced this already. Think of recruitment algorithms: the first gatekeeper is not the recruiter—it’s the algorithm scanning your CV.

Now think about your online campaigns: the real challenge isn’t just reaching people, but passing the algorithmic filters first.

Ask Amazon sellers—they know what it means to “convince” the ranking algorithm before even reaching a buyer. And let’s not forget: more than 80% of people now turn directly to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity before making decisions. Even Google’s new AI mode is pushing aside traditional search results.

5. Final Reflection

We are witnessing the birth of a new player with superpowers—one we must understand, respect, and master.

B2AI is here.
It’s not a buzzword, it’s a new reality: algorithms are now the gatekeepers of business and life.

So the big question is: are we ready to adapt our strategies to convince algorithms first, and humans second?
